ATLAS Paint Consultants B.V. has been established by the partners Nico Röper and Frank Heijster. 

The company is based in The Netherlands from where its team provides a full range of professional, specialized, independent paint and coating consultancy and inspection services worldwide. 

They have a combined wide range of experience with of more than 40 years in the coating industry, which brings an enormous depth of knowledge and experience to a project. This experience has been built up with technical, commercial and management positions at different contracting, paint manufacturer and inspection companies throughout the years on many high profile projects. 

All technicians of Atlas Paint Consultants are located worldwide and carefully selected on technical and commercial know how, and experience.
